Position - Legal Counsel Location: PUNE (Hybrid 3 days per week) Travel: Moderate (1 to 2 times per quarter) JD: Manage (key) legal issues and legal aspects for the relevant region Negotiate frame/master agreements with Key Customers Negotiate, review and draft terms & conditions (indemnities, choice of law, dispute resolution, limitations of liability, insurance, etc) of sales/commercial agreements in the Region for or related to the supply of equipment, services and parts, as well as terms and conditions for agency and broker agreements, in accordance with legal policy Provide legal support to business stakeholders regarding contract interpretation and guidance, particularly regarding commercial and insurance claims or other issues that develop during contract execution Support on regulatory issues, more specifically providing relevant legal advice and support on competition law and export control issues Support site management on local legal compliance requirements (HS&E, HR, food safety, etc.) Train sales and purchasing teams on relevant legal, contractual, and compliance issues associated with international business activities and contracts Actively participate in Regional management team(s) and support implementation of management decisions Manage Regional litigation and disputes and compliance with law Coordinate external legal services, incl. selecting and managing outside counsel Skills & Experience; Degree in Law. LLB or LLM Fluent legal English (other European language is a plus)\ Minimum of 10-15 years of experience of general legal corporate matters Preferably mixed background in law firm/industry Good understanding of legal issues and needs in international business, including experience in managing international and cross-functional matters

Designation: General Manager Contracts Role Objective The General Manager Contracts is responsible for leading the Contracts function across all projects, including Residential and Commercial sites. This role ensures effective contract lifecycle management, risk mitigation, and compliance while driving cost efficiency and strategic vendor management. The position also mentors and oversees Senior Contract Managers, ensuring alignment with project and business goals. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) 1. Strategic Contract Oversight Lead and guide the overall contracts strategy across all ongoing and upcoming projects. Ensure alignment of contract practices with organizational objectives, legal frameworks, and financial controls. Supervise the performance and development of two Senior Contract Managers and their respective teams. 2. Contractor Selection & Tendering Approve and guide the tendering process, including bid evaluations, pre-bid meetings, and final negotiations. Ensure fair and competitive contractor selection based on performance, capability, and cost-effectiveness. 3. Contract Execution & Administration Review and approve contract drafts, addendums, and change orders. Ensure all contracts comply with legal, statutory, and internal standards. Maintain visibility over all project contracts, tracking key milestones and obligations. 4. Risk Mitigation & Dispute Management Proactively identify contractual risks and implement mitigation plans. Act as the escalation point for any contractual disputes and facilitate effective resolutions. Ensure insurance, indemnities, and bonding requirements are consistently met. 5. Cost Control & Financial Governance Collaborate with the Finance and Project teams to track cost impacts and ensure budget alignment. Drive cost savings through re-negotiations and value engineering opportunities. Support forecasting, vendor payments, and contractual claims review. 6. Performance Monitoring Establish a contractor assessment framework to monitor quality, time, and compliance. Approve performance reports and issue corrective guidance where necessary. 7. Process Improvement & Team Development Continuously enhance contract management processes and adopt industry best practices. Lead the learning and development initiatives for the Contracts team. Standardize templates, processes, and compliance protocols across projects.
