Role & responsibilities: Responsible for the region's Profit and Loss related to Plastic categories. Concentrated on enhancing key performance indicators such as GMV, Quantity, Margin Percentage, Category Mix, and the count of Active Sellers and Buyers. Charged with identifying and onboarding buyers within the region. Cultivating and maintaining relationships with all buyers to ensure high margins, consistent demand, and complete payment collection with minimal DSO days. Collaborating with cross-functional teams as necessary to facilitate smooth operations. Directing the growth of both existing and new territories through substantial on-ground teams. Leading a team that includes Quality Analysts, and Operations Executives. Preferred candidate profile: MBA from a recognized university or business school. Over 5 years of experience inDemand operations within E-commerce or Telecom sectors. Should have in depth knowledge Region topography Proven experience in building and managing teams Demonstrated flexibility and problem-solving abilities, with a strong sense of ownership and results orientation. Capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment while planning and overseeing various projects
