Yamoona is our thoughtfully curated 925 hallmarked silver jewelry brand featuring contemporary and heritage-inspired handcrafted designs. Both brands celebrate Indian artistry, craftsmanship, and timeless elegance — expressed through luxury storytelling and meaningful customer connections. Role Overview We are looking for a creative, visually-strong, and digitally-savvy Marketing & Content Designer to build, maintain, and grow the digital identity of both brands. This role involves content creation, Canva design, social media management, brand storytelling, styling direction, photoshoot coordination, and occasional sales support for customer inquiries that come in digitally. This role is ideal for someone who: Enjoys storytelling, design, and jewelry styling Can translate brand mood into visual and written content Is organized, proactive, and execution-focused Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Visual Design Create Instagram grids, story sequences, post templates, lookbooks, and brand assets using Canva. Design product highlight posts, collection drops, banners, and launch visuals . Maintain a cohesive and refined brand aesthetic across both brands. Social Media Management Plan monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and collection drops. Write engaging captions, storytelling posts, styling notes, and blog articles. Post consistently across Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. Photoshoot & Styling Coordination Coordinate photoshoots Assist in styling jewelry to reflect brand positioning, elegance, and storytelling. Email & Digital Communication Create and send email newsletters and campaign announcements using simple email tools. Support in writing website content, product descriptions, and brand story pages. Team Coordination & Light Sales Support Work closely with founders, cataloging, and operations for asset flow and updates. Occasionally respond to social inquiries and assist in guiding customers to the sales advisor team. Qualifications Strong design and visual communication sense — Canva and Photoshop proficiency required . Experience managing social media accounts and planning content calendars. Basic video editing skills (Reels creation) are a plus. Good written English for captions, storytelling, and light blogging. Interest in jewelry, fashion, styling, artisan craft, heritage culture. Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple deliverables across two brands. With deep roots in Indian craftsmanship, we serve clients across India and a strong global luxury clientele — especially in the USA and other NRI communities . Role Overview This is an in-person role based in our Hyderabad office , focused exclusively on online sales and client relationship building . You will engage with customers across WhatsApp, phone/video calls, and email to guide them through jewelry selections, customizations, and purchases. The ideal candidate has a warm communication style , strong product understanding, confidence in explaining value and quality, a natural ability to build trust with high-value clients, and is comfortable using digital tools to track leads, follow-ups, and client communication . Key ResponsibilitiesClient Sales & Virtual Consultations Conduct WhatsApp , call, and video-based consultations with clients (especially in US time zones when required). Understand customer preferences and guide them toward jewelry options that fit their style and needs. Clearly explain craftsmanship, metal purity, stone quality, weight, pricing, and customization options.
