Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Operator located in Pune. The Production Operator will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production lines, maintaining quality control, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The role includes reporting any issues to supervisors, assisting in the training of new employees, and maintaining organized and clean workspaces. Qualifications Machine Operation skills and experience Ability to monitor and maintain Production Lines and Quality Control standards Strong Communication skills for reporting and teamwork Aptitude for Training new employees Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety and hygiene standards High school diploma or equivalent Physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in a similar role or in the dairy industry is a plus
