Title: Quality Inspector : Modular Mandatory Requirements: - Experience with EPC quality documentation like Project Quality Plan, ITPs, identify key procedures and monitor implementation Exposure to Rotary equipments, instrumentation items and package items is a must. In-depth knowledge of fabrication practices, QC methodologies, witnessing equipment pressure testing and final inspection. Exposure in inspecting ASME Code Stamped equipment. In depth understanding of structural and piping activities. Should be conversant with Heat Treatment and related requirements as per ASME / API. In-depth knowledge and experience in Quality Control aspects of Raw Materials, Receiving Inspection, Fabrication Inspection, Final Inspection and Documentation. Experience of working on materials like Low alloy steels, stainless steels, Inconel etc. Should be conversant with ISO 9001 Quality Systems Requirements. Preferences: - CSWIP or equivalent welding certification is preferred. Proficiency in Welding and metallurgy is highly desirable.

Adherance to Compliances Job Description: Welding & weld Quality Control Ensure compliance with aerospace welding standards (e.g., AWS D17.1, AS9100, NADCAP) . Metallurgy knowledge for aerospace grade materials Monitor first-pass yield (FPY) and minimize weld defects and rework. Review and approve WPS, PQR, and welder qualifications. Conduct in-process and final weld inspections with quality/NDT teams. Maintain weld traceability and documentation for customer audits. Production Execution Plan and manage daily welding activities as per production schedules. Allocate manpower, machines, and materials to meet delivery targets. Monitor adherence to process parameters, cycle time, and takt time. Collaborate with planning and engineering teams for smooth workflow. Ensure achievement of monthly output and efficiency KPIs. Process Improvement Identify and implement Lean initiatives for weld area optimization. Drive defect reduction and process stability through RCA and CAPA. Participate in new process trials and engineering change implementations. Improve tooling, jig design, and fixturing for quality and ease of welding. Support digitalization and automation initiatives wherever feasible. Promote and maintain a culture of safety, good housekeeping, and adherence to operational standards. Ensure adherence to systems and documentation as per AS9100, EMS, OHSAS & ISMS, and customer-specific requirements. Valuing the information received & effort spent in creating every piece of information. Ensuring the right information is accessed by right individuals.
