Job Description As a Human Resources Consultant at HumanAlpha Strategic Solutions, located in Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore North, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies to drive growth, enhance organizational performance, and elevate employee experiences. Your responsibilities will include advising and coaching on HR strategy implementation, HRIS implementation, organizational goal setting, performance management, compensation and benefits planning, leadership development, employee engagement strategies, learning and development programs, diversity equity and inclusion solutions, and cultural transformation within organizations. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in HR, with a strong background in HR management, policies, employee relations, labor and employment law. Your proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies, coupled with a sound knowledge of labor laws and regulations, will be essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, are key requirements for this position. Experience in organizational development and change management will be an added advantage. Ideally, you should hold a degree in HR, MSW, or Psychology, and a professional certification in HR such as SHRM-CP or HRCI would be a plus.
