We are looking for an Embedded Hardware Engineer to lead the design, prototyping, and development of electronic hardware solutions, including schematics, PCB layouts, and system integration for IoT-enabled products. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop analog and digital circuits for embedded systems used in IoT and asset management solutions. Create detailed schematics and multi-layer PCB layouts using industry-standard tools (Altium, Eagle, KiCad, etc.). Select and validate components for performance, longevity, and cost optimization. Collaborate with firmware and IoT teams to ensure seamless hardware-software integration. Conduct signal integrity analysis, power distribution analysis, and EMI/EMC considerations during hardware design. Prototype, assemble, and test hardware circuits in-house or through external vendors. Prepare comprehensive documentation for hardware designs, BOMs, and version control. Interface with manufacturers and PCB fabricators to manage the prototyping and production process. Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and failure analysis of hardware systems. Stay up to date with emerging electronic components, tools, and embedded hardware design trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline. Strong experience in circuit design, schematic capture, and multi-layer PCB layout. Hands-on experience with tools like Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad, or OrCAD. Solid understanding of embedded system architecture, microcontrollers (e.g., STM32, ESP32, AVR, ARM Cortex). Knowledge of sensor interfacing, signal conditioning, power management, and communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, RS-485). Familiarity with hardware validation tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers. Experience working with low-power design, EMI/EMC considerations, and regulatory compliance. Good understanding of DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly) principles. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): Exposure to RF design or high-speed signal design. Experience with LoRa, NB-IoT, BLE, or Wi-Fi modules integration. Familiarity with hardware security and cryptographic chips (TPM, secure elements). Title: Electrical Draftsman Work location: Pune Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Experience: 3-5 years of Proven experience as an Electrical Draftsman, preferably in control panel manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed electrical drawings, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings for control panels. Collaborate with engineers to interpret design specifications and translate them into functional electrical diagrams. Review and revise drawings based on feedback from engineers and clients. Release of Electrical drawings including interconnection diagrams with ferruling for manufacturing of Electrical / Electronic Control System. Ensure all designs comply with relevant electrical codes and safety standards. Maintain and update project documentation, including bill of materials (BOM) and specifications. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving design issues during the manufacturing process. Support the preparation of project proposals and cost estimates as needed. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices A comprehensive understanding and practical experience in the implementation of relay logic and the selection of PLC hardware modules will be considered a valuable additional qualification. Skillset: Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting software (e.g., SolidWorks). Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and wiring practices. Hands-on experience in drawings of Electrical / Electronic Control System and Panels is Mandatory Knowledge of industry standards and electrical codes (e.g., NEC, IEC). Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
