Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily production, procurement, and logistics activities. Coordinate necessary operations, including packing, customs documentation, and freight arrangements. Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners for cost-effective procurement and timely deliveries. Maintain records of all purchase orders, necessary shipments, and delivery notes. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet client and standards. Prepare and share daily/weekly updates and progress reports to the management. Key Skills & Requirements: Strong organizational and planning skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Familiarity with orders documentation and supply chain processes. Prior experience in engineering/construction/fire safety projects is a plus. Proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
