Are you a results-driven Digital Lead with a passion for crafting engaging content and executing impactful campaigns? We're looking for a creative and strategic individual to drive our digital marketing efforts. In this role, you'll be instrumental in showcasing our innovative AI solutions to a diverse range of industries, supporting our sales and product teams, and significantly contributing to our market presence. If you're ready to take ownership of digital initiatives and make a tangible impact, this role is for you! --- What You'll Do Product Line Comprehension: Dive deep into CBC's diverse product line (IBP, Procurement, Manufacturing, Chatbots, Digital Imaging Diagnostics, etc.) to thoroughly understand our AI solutions and their value propositions across various sectors. Digital Content & Design Leadership: Lead the creation of compelling digital content, including presentations (PPTs), one-pagers, engaging blog posts, and contribute to UI/UX design for our digital assets to ensure a consistent and user-friendly experience. You'll bring expertise in selecting appropriate fonts, developing cohesive color palettes, and ensuring all designs are visually appealing using latest technologies. Digital Campaign Creation: Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end digital campaigns across various channels to generate leads and increase brand awareness in our target industries. Campaign Ownership: Take full ownership of digital campaigns, from strategy and execution to performance monitoring and optimization. This includes managing email-blitz campaigns to nurture leads and engage prospects effectively. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, inside sales team, and product teams to align digital strategies with business objectives, ensuring content and campaigns effectively support their goals. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of all digital initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. --- Who You Are Experienced Digital Marketer: You have 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in content creation, campaign management, and digital strategy. Similar experience in the manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, retail, F&B industries or with solutions related to IBP, Procurement, Manufacturing, Chatbots, or Digital Imaging Diagnostics is a must. Design & Brand Aesthetic Expert: Demonstrated ability to design effective digital content formats, including written (blogs, one-pagers) and visual (PPTs, UI/UX input). You possess a keen eye for aesthetics, with proven experience in typography, color theory, and creating visually appealing designs that resonate with target audiences. Campaign Management Expert: You have a solid track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns, including email marketing. Collaborative Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and can effectively partner with sales, inside sales, and product teams to achieve shared goals. Analytical & Data-Driven: You're comfortable with data analysis to measure campaign performance and make informed decisions. Market Awareness: Understanding of digital marketing trends and consumer behavior in the Indian market, particularly across diverse industries like manufacturing (including a wide variety of sub-sectors), pharma, retail, and F&B, is beneficial. --- Compensation Base Salary: A competitive fixed salary commensurate with your experience and responsibilities.
