Content Development: Skills in creating and updating training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, and e-learning modules, ensuring clarity and effectiveness. Quality Control: In-depth understanding of quality control and inspection processes specific to uPVC and aluminum products, ensuring that trainees are well-prepared to maintain quality standards. Behavioral Skills: Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively during training sessions. Teaching and Training: Proficiency in teaching and training, including the ability to engage learners, adapt to their needs, and facilitate knowledge transfer. Adaptability: Ability to adapt training programs to the evolving needs of Fenesta and its employees, incorporating feedback and industry changes Functional Skills and Knowledge: Training Program Development : Expertise in designing and developing comprehensive training programs, including program planning, content creation, and evaluation methods. Assessment and Evaluation: Capability to develop assessment methods to measure trainee competence and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Certification Processes : Knowledge of establishing and managing certification processes to validate the competence of trainees. Feedback Integration: Ability to gather and incorporate feedback from trainees to improve training programs continuously Key Performance Indicator:- Training Program Effectiveness: Measure the effectiveness of training programs by assessing the knowledge and skills gained by trainees, including their ability to apply what they've learned.
