Job Title: Tekla Modeler Location: Hyderabad Job Type: Full-time Department: Engineering / BIM / Structural Design Reports To: BIM Manager / Project Engineer / Structural Lead Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tekla Modeler to join our engineering and design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing accurate 3D models of structural and miscellaneous steel using Tekla Structures . You will collaborate closely with engineers, drafters, and project managers to ensure project goals and deadlines are met. Key Responsibilities: Create detailed 3D structural and steel models using Tekla Structures software. Generate fabrication drawings, erection plans, and shop drawings from models. Coordinate and collaborate with engineers, architects, and other modelers to resolve design issues. Ensure models comply with project specifications, codes, and standards. Perform clash detection and ensure constructability of models. Maintain drawing logs, model revisions, and version control. Update models based on RFIs, change orders, and client feedback. Assist in preparing material take-offs and BOMs for procurement. Attend coordination meetings and provide model-based input when required.
