Incharge Labor Room

The Labor Room Incharge is responsible for supervising and managing all nursing and patient care activities in the labor and delivery unit. This role ensures that safe, high-quality, and compassionate maternal and newborn care is provided. The Incharge coordinates the work of the nursing staff, maintains equipment and supplies, and ensures compliance with hospital protocols and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all nursing care activities in the labor room and maternity ward.
• Ensure readiness of the labor room, including cleanliness, equipment functionality, and availability of medicines and emergency supplies.
• Oversee and assist in normal and high-risk deliveries as required.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, admissions, discharges, and patient observations.
