As an experienced Incharge in a private ward with a GNM/B.Sc. Nursing background and 6-8 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and management of the ward. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise the nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care. - Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to plan and deliver patient treatment. - Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations. - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations in the ward. - Provide guidance and support to the nursing team to promote professional growth and development. Qualifications Required: - GNM/B.Sc. Nursing degree. - Minimum 6-8 years of experience working as an Incharge in a private ward. - Valid nursing license. - Strong leadership and communication skills.
