Inboundly - A Data analytics-driven branding, marketing and technology solution company is seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team in Rajkot, Gujarat. We’re looking for someone who understands the power of branding and design in driving business growth and can translate strategic objectives into compelling visual narratives Key Responsibilities: Design eye-catching graphics for web, social media, branding, marketing materials, and UI/UX projects. Create website design mockups and UI elements using Figma or similar tools. Collaborate with development, marketing, and content teams to ensure design consistency. Collaborate with branding strategists, developers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and brand storytelling. Translate ideas into engaging visual stories that align with brand identity. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand. Participate in team meetings (both virtual and in-person as required). Requirements Minimum 1 year of professional experience in graphic designing. Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (Advanced), and other design software. Strong sense of typography, color theory, layout, and attention to detail. Experience in website design, wireframes, and UI/UX principles is a plus. Excellent visual communication and time management skills. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative design projects. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred. Ability to work from the office at least 2-3 days a week (hybrid model) Benefits Flexible working hours with a hybrid work model.
