Role Overview:

We are looking for a customer-focused Inbound Sales Executive to handle incoming leads, convert inquiries into clients, and ensure a smooth sales process for our digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound inquiries via calls, emails, and chat for digital marketing services.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored marketing solutions.

Prepare and share proposals with potential clients.
Follow up with leads and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in CRM.Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for service delivery.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in inbound sales, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.Ability to build rapport and deliver exceptional customer experience.Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, PPC, etc.).
Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
