Key Responsibilities

• Drive inside/telesales for laptops, desktops, gaming hardware, Surface devices, and peripherals (Dell, HP, etc.).
• Consult customers on IT product requirements and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Work in a hybrid model across rotational shifts with excellent English communication.

Mandatory Criteria

• 4+ years strictly in IT Hardware / Product Sales (Laptops, Desktops, Peripherals, Gaming/Xbox).
• Prior telesales experience preferred (Teleperformance background is a plus).
• Strict Exclusions: Non-hardware backgrounds (Banking, Insurance, Software/Services, Courses, Certifications, Loans) will not be considered. Split/mixed experience is ineligible.
