INBOUND SALES

Job Role: As an experienced candidate at Adeeba e-Services, you will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from international customers. Your main tasks will include providing technical support by diagnosing the issues faced by the customers, suggesting annual service plans and software solutions, and successfully closing sales to achieve the target set for you. It is essential that you have prior experience in outbound tech processes for at least 1 year, and possess the ability to efficiently close calls. In addition to a fixed salary credited to your account on the 1st of every month, you will also have the opportunity to earn substantial incentives based on your performance. The company offers 100% attendance incentives, a loyalty bonus of Rs. 5000 annually, and various other lucrative incentives. Paid leaves are provided every year, including 24 paid leaves, birthday leave, and compensatory offs. The shift timings for this role are based on US shifts.
