This role is critical in helping us grow our customer base, increase bookings, and provide a top-tier guest experience from the first interaction. Roles and Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from potential US- based guests. Sell vacation packages and promote resort offerings such as accommodations, amenities, special events, and promotions. Build strong relationships with prospective customers to convert leads into bookings. Follow up with leads and maintain a CRM system to track interactions and sales performance.
