As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for developing ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements and extend the out-of-the-box Knowledge Management functionalities. Your role will involve creating necessary components such as templates, widgets, pages, and portals to ensure responsive UI and UX. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing Scripted APIs for seamless integration with other platforms and supporting applications for Customer Service Management and Knowledge Management. To excel in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture, capabilities, and best practices. Experience in configuring and extending the KM and CSM modules will be essential. You should be proficient in utilizing a wide range of ServiceNow tools and features including Business Rule, Script Include, Client Scripts, UI Policies, AJAX, Glide Scripting, Java Scripting, Workflow, Catalog Development, UI Page, UI Scripts, UI Action, Inbound Action, Notifications, Workflow, Flow Designer, Script Actions, and DevOps Change Velocity. Moreover, you should have expertise in creating custom Portals, Pages, Widgets for the portals, and custom AngularJS templates, along with experience in API integrations with third-party systems for AI, reporting, and analytics. Familiarity with responsive design, accessibility standards, web components, and JavaScript frameworks beyond the platform's use of AngularJS will be beneficial. Working closely with partners, QA, and other stakeholders is crucial to mitigate risks and maintain momentum. You will be expected to debug and troubleshoot code issues using ServiceNow tools and logs effectively. This is a Permanent Full-Time role based in Bangalore with a hybrid work profile.
