In-house trainer

Role Overview: As a Training Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to execute in-house induction and plan requirement-based training modules. You will also be in charge of coordinating with the team to ensure training nomination and 100% attendance, as well as conducting and planning training sessions for employees. It is important that you have a strong understanding of training methodologies and possess proper product knowledge to effectively provide training to employees. Additionally, being an auto enthusiast will be an advantage in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Execute in-house induction and prepare requirement-based training modules - Plan and ensure adherence to the training calendar - Coordinate with the team for training nomination and ensure 100% attendance - Practice regular training for employees as prescribed - Conduct and plan training sessions for employees Qualifications Required: - Master's degree - Minimum of 5 years of total work experience - Proficiency in English language - Availability for day shift Additional Details: The job is full-time and permanent, with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund.
