Overview of the Job: Process Executives (Collection)

Work location: Taratala, Kolkata

Desired Profile:

• Must be a graduate
• Experience - 0 to 1yrs
• Candidate must have good English, Hindi, Bengali communication skills
• Should be open to working in Shifts
• Must be a Graduate. MBA and Engineers preferred

Experience: 0 to 1 years

Responsibilities:

· Responsible to create/maintain/update loan book and customer satisfaction.

· Responsible for overseeing all loan processing and collections.

· Prepare daily activity reports and MIS.

· Ensure effective delivery of SLAs as per the defined standard operating procedures.

· Build a Continuous Improvement Culture

· Play a significant role in long term planning with view to deliver operational excellence to support other functions of the organization

· Lead Lean initiatives and deliver improvement solutions

· Calling Customers and attending inbound calls

Salary: As per Industry standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
