You will be responsible for the development or modification of system components" designs/proposals to provide installation and detailed documentation. Your role will involve experience in aerospace material selection, drawings specifications (finishing and heat treatment), as well as performing analyses like tolerance stack-up, DMFA, etc. You should have expertise in designing and developing airframe mechanical and structural parts using CAD tools such as CATIA and Solid Works modeling and drafting. Your experience in design and development as part of the New Product development process will be crucial for this role. It is essential to have a working knowledge of FAA, STANAG, IMTAR, and Mil-Spec requirements. You will need to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and be willing to work flexible hours. Additionally, you will act as a liaison with production manufacturing and testing facilities, including on-site deployments to support test activities as required.
