Amdocs, listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market, had revenue of $5.00 billion in fiscal 2024. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, modify, debug, and maintain software systems. This involves adhering to functional, non-functional, and technical design specifications, following Amdocs software engineering standards and applicable software development methodologies. You will ensure that the code is maintainable, scalable, and supportable, and demonstrate the software products to stakeholders. Additionally, you will investigate issues, provide fixes and workarounds, review changes for operability, collaborate within a team, participate in peer code reviews, and work with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Key responsibilities include developing, modifying, debugging, and maintaining software code, contributing to meeting various SLAs and KPIs, and communicating confidently with onshore teams. The role requires 3-6 years of professional and relevant experience, good communication skills, the ability to learn new applications, and flexibility to work in a 1-10 shift. The technical stack includes Mainframe technologies such as COBOL, JCL, DB2, and IMSDB. In this role, you will be challenged to design and develop new software applications.
