IMS Recon Specialist I

As an IMS Recon Specialist I at Syneos Health, you will play a crucial role in utilizing your expertise in Excel and data analysis to contribute to our mission of accelerating customer success in the biopharmaceutical industry. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Utilizing intermediate to advanced Excel skills such as VLOOKUP, sum, if, data validation, conditional formatting, pivot tables, finding duplicate values, concatenate, converting data from text to columns, and formatting date and values - Conducting data reconciliation and generating reports - Demonstrating good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members Qualifications required for this role include: - 1-3 years of relevant industry exposure - Proficiency in Excel and data reporting - Experience with clinical research or financial analysis in the clinical industry would be advantageous Location: IND- Office based - Gurgaon Syneos Health is dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive work environment where your contributions are valued.
