Certified in ADIS or equivalent safety qualifications. 47 years of relevant safety experience in a foundry or heavy manufacturing environment. Sound knowledge of foundry hazards (e.g., heat, molten metal, dust, noise). Familiarity with Gujarat state regulations and the Factory Act. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and EHS reporting tools. Preferred candidate profile Ensure adherence to all statutory and company-specific safety regulations and protocols. Conduct routine inspections of foundry processes (melting, pouring, core making, fettling, etc.) to identify and mitigate risks.
