Job Description

Role & responsibilities Production & Maintenance Management Ensure that plant operations & activities are as per the SOP to achieve safe; efficient and reliable operations. Manages the production and maintains Stock and Filling-Handling . Prepare, analyze and issue periodic production and performance reports. Participates to benchmark with other plants of similar operations methodology. Ensures safe handling, storage and filling of cylinders . Other responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time. Quality management : Ensure that analysis for the finished Products as well as in coming raw material is done and meets required level of quality. Issuing daily ITP report. Checks production and quality indicators, ensures statistical process control IMS Management :Review IMS requirements for ALISG. Do Gap analysis as per IMS requirments and preapre action plan. Prapre documents as per IMS requirmetnsd and make sure everyone follows it. Implement IMS at ALISG with support of HO IMS engineer. Lead IMS steerco meet. Ensure documentation and Sop's are followed ( EIS management , MOC, SWP ..). Preferred candidate profile Education : BE/ B.tech in Chemical / Petrochemical / B.sc in Chemistry ( must have) Work experience : minimum 2 years in the Process industry with IMS background. Basic knowledge of gas mixing principles Key fields Knowledge of different codes of ISO. Knowledge and Knowhow specific to the job Management and behavior skills Process knowledge IMS and Meaning of IMS in Industry Convincing and explanation skills for IMS needs.
