We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Raisonminds Solutions Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales for our WordPress and E-commerce website development services. You will engage potential clients through various channels including cold calling, telemarketing, social media outreach, and other innovative sales techniques. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, telemarketing, and online platforms. Customer Acquisition: Develop and maintain a sales pipeline through continuous prospecting and qualifying leads for WordPress and E-commerce solutions. Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive pitches and proposals to clients showcasing our web development services. Negotiation: Negotiate deals and contracts with potential clients to close sales. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market shifts to adapt sales strategies. Social Media Promotions: Use platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social networks to promote services, identify prospects, and generate leads. Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, update CRM, and provide regular reports on progress, targets, and achievements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in IT services (WordPress, E-commerce, web development preferred). Strong experience in cold calling, telemarketing, and lead generation. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build strong customer relationships and close deals. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media outreach. Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Experience in the website development industry, specifically with WordPress and E-commerce solutions. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
