The position of Accounting & Logistics Manager (DDP Specialist) at KLF INTERNATIONAL in India Office, requires an experienced logistics professional with a strong understanding of DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipments. Reporting directly to the President, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing logistics operations for the USA office from the India Office. Your primary duties will involve handling international shipments, customs clearance, and ensuring seamless delivery to US clients while adhering to all relevant regulations. Your work schedule will be from 05:00 PM to 02:00 AM (IST), Monday to Friday. As part of the Supply Chain & Logistics department, your key responsibilities will include managing end-to-end logistics operations for the USA office, handling DDP shipments, coordinating with US-based suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers, negotiating rates, maintaining accurate documentation for import compliance, providing shipment tracking and reporting, resolving logistics-related issues, and ensuring compliance with US import/export laws. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain, focusing on DDP shipments. You should possess a strong knowledge of customs procedures, freight forwarding, and Incoterms, as well as hands-on experience with US import/export regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problems-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office and logistics management tools. Preferred qualifications include experience in packaging, paper products, or related industries, an existing network of freight forwarders and brokers in the USA, and familiarity with ERP or supply chain management systems.
