Job Description: Imported Brands International is seeking a highly motivated and experienced supply chain manager to join our proactive and forward-thinking team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation of goods in the UK and Europe, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. This role requires excellent communication skills in English, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of international shipping language. The candidate will work alongside the Head of Supply Chain. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the end-to-end freight forwarding process for air, sea, and land shipments. Communicate with clients, suppliers, and transport companies to ensure smooth and efficient shipment of goods. Monitor shipments to ensure they are on schedule and resolve any issues that arise. Negotiate rates with carriers and maintain relationships with logistics partners. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on shipment status. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to shipments. Keep stock of each warehouse in UK, IE, FR & DE updated using appropriate codes & procedures together with EDI program. Inventory Replenishment & Planning Monitor inventory levels across our warehouses Create and manage stock replenishment plans to avoid overstocking or stockouts, considering the BBEs of our products and balancing it with the demand of other regions & sales channels Liaise with the commercial team & align replenishment plans with the commercial strategy, sales forecasts, and promotional activity, to ensure product availability supports revenue goals without overstocking. Order Processing & Fulfilment Oversee daily order processing workflows and prioritise orders and shipments according to transit times and business needs Process Amazon Vendor POs in a timely manner including ASN shipments. Maintain compliance with Amazons prep, labelling and shipping expectations and make sure that our external fulfilment partners understand and follow these guidelines. Address shipping errors, lost packages, and customer delivery issues Liaise with the Financial Manager in relation to any operational chargebacks or Short Claims on Vendor. Continuously identify improvement opportunities, contributing to operational efficiency International & Domestic Shipments Manage international freight shipments (sea and air freight), including preparation of commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs documentation Liaise with 3PLs to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, making sure that received stock is recorded accurately Liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers to proactively resolve any import, clearance, or documentation issues that may arise during international shipments Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to warehouses and fulfilment centres Who you are We are looking for a reliable, highly organised, and proactive individual with a strong commercial mindset with excellent English. You manage to balance supply needs and are skilled at resolving shipping or customs issues through close coordination with freight partners. With a detail-oriented and solution-driven approach, you ensure smooth, efficient, and strategically aligned fulfilment across all channels: Proactive problem solver: able to anticipate issues and take action before they escalate Highly organised: keeps clean records, updates systems accurately, and follows structured workflows Calm under pressure: maintains accuracy and composure during high-volume periods or logistics disruptions Process-oriented: focused on creating and following scalable, repeatable procedures Team player: works closely with cross-functional teams such as customer service, sales, and production planning Commercial awareness: understands how delays or inventory issues can impact sales and customer satisfaction Required skills and competencies Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar office-based role, in e-commerce operations, supply chain, and/or logistics. Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor is ideal, but not required Strong understanding of order fulfilment, shipping documentation, and international logistics Excellent IT, Excel or Google Sheets skills Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills Detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple priorities under tight Hours and compensation 35 hours per week Working hours = 11am-7pm India time (6:30am-2:30pm UK time) with 1 hour lunch break Work location: Fully Remote
