Work experience of 3-5 yrs in Import Export, preferably in agro industry
~Co-ordination with the sales team & planing department.~ Pre shipment & post shipment details.~ Co-ordination with the clearing agents for the booking details.~ Co-ordination with the brokers & buyer for documents & contract details.~ Co-ordinate with buyer for payment & confirm with account dept.~ Maintaining proper track of all the shipment with data.~Coordinating with the CHA~Talking to suppliers and buyers~Sending trade confirmation~Sending trade contracts~Keeping track on everyday trade activities~Prepare a complete set of Doc.~Pertaining to import Knowledge of pre & post shipment documentation~Follow up samples quality report etc~Keeping vessel updates
