Import Export Executive For Documentation and Logistics

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating international shipment operations for a leading recycling company in Coimbatore. Your key responsibilities will include: - Prepare and manage export/import documentation. - Coordinate with shipping agents, CHA, and logistics partners. - Track shipment movements and ensure timely delivery. - Handle container size planning, loading/unloading procedures, and shipment schedules. - Ensure compliance with export/import regulations. To excel in this role, you should have: - Proven experience in international shipment coordination. - Strong knowledge of CHA processes, container handling, and customs procedures. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Ability to handle multiple shipments and ensure documentation accuracy.
