Job Description:

  • Min 1 year of relevant experience in Import CHA documentation role.
  • Good knowledge in preparation of checklist, bill of entry filing.
  • Coordination with customers regarding documentation.
  • Coordination with shipping line regarding shipments.
  • Managing end to end process of air and sea import shipments.
  • Coordination with the consignee, co-loader for smooth shipment movements.
  • Shipment tracking, coordination with the internal team.
  • Maintaining DSR reports for all shipments, and ensuring clear visibility of progress.
  • Good Knowledge of Inco Terms, geographical knowledge.
  • Good Communication skills.
