It will be essential to ensure that all dispatch operations comply with company policies and maintain accurate records of all activities, including routes, schedules, and incidents. You will be expected to implement strategies to enhance dispatch operations in areas such as efficiency, customer satisfaction, and safety. Analyzing data related to dispatch activities and preparing reports for management will be crucial in this role. Furthermore, you will need to ensure that all dispatch equipment is in proper working condition and arrange for maintenance or replacement when necessary.
