Roles & Responsibilities: • Driving workshops with P2P business teams to understand their current business processes, tools & technologies. • Showcasing knowledge of the best practices and industry benchmarks in the P2P domain. • Adept at designing and implementing SAP P2P/Buying & Invoicing solution for clients. • Client interaction during entire project lifecycle. • Ensure high customer satisfaction through on-time in-scope delivery of projects. • Expertise in defining solution strategy and conducting workshops to gather customer requirements. • Prepare detailed functional specs for integration activities. • Guide business process and configuration design choices based on knowledge of Ariba capabilities and constraints. • Conduct user training. • Facilitate integration and user acceptance testing. • Support business users with process or system issues. QUALIFICATIONS 10+ years of implementation experience in Ariba P2P with minimum 2-3 implementations where downstream Ariba solutions were involved/in scope. • 7+ full cycle implementations of Ariba P2P. • Dynamic seasoned result-oriented procurement professional with right blend of consulting and business experience • A thought leader in Sourcing and Procurement area. • Must have Ariba configuration and customization experience. • Must have experience with guiding technical team for integrating Ariba P2P solution with SAP ERPs. • Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills. • Strong knowledge of core P2P concepts and principles and an intimate understanding of current trends in this area. • A strong Consulting approach that allows you to accurately seek the right level of information, perform appropriate analyses and then present the outcome in a easily consumable format, tailored to an Executive audience. The primary role of the SAP Project Manager will be to drive SAP Implementation & Transformation projects aligned with aligned with customer's Project/Product organization and/or relative IT/Business organization. For driving individual project, you will execute project management works such as Issue/Time/Cost/Risk/Communication/Quality/Resource/Session Managements. Responsible to lead project teams to develop and launch new product initiatives. Project Manager will plan and manage multiple related projects including, cost/benefit analysis, estimation of budgets, timelines, and resources required for successful and timely completion of projects. The SAP Project Manager will also assist in the development of measurement processes/methods for assessing progress towards goals and project outcomes. Roles and Responsibilities: Understand the customer's requirements, business processes and solution landscape. Create detailed project plans and execute them Understand SAP project methodology and premium engagements services and drive adoption Coordinate involvement of SAP consultants and support resources and lead them in project Properly make reports and escalation to management or executive level Manage project scope, resources, budget, schedule to ensure that the project team members are meeting the deadlines and following the guidelines. Should have strong critical-thinking capabilities to solve problems and think about wide-ranging issues and facilitate decisions. Should be able to direct, manage and motivate the project team in multi-vendor and multi country environment. Handle the escalations and conflict within the project team. Have good working experience in stakeholder management, change management, communication plan, risk and mitigation, implementation, and cutover plan. Prepare Project status updates based on the stakeholders, handle Steering Meetings, Phase exits and Project meetings. Required Skills: Overall 8-12 years of experience of which minimum 3 years should have been in project management Proven experience in leading SAP Implementation projects (should have handled at least 2 implementations end to end MUST have strong Functional knowledge in any of the SAP Modules like FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, QM. EXCLUDE people with experience in ABAP, BASIS, BO, BW and HCM MUST have worked on SAP S/4 HANA and ECC Should have strong project management skills MUST have worked with MNCs/International clients as well Experience in Project Management Tools Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal & presentation skills Certifications like PMP/Agile/Scrum Master/Prince2 is preferred. Good leadership, inter-personal and motivational skills Experience in Cloud solutions MNC with Multi geography Activate Methodology experience Bachelors in engineering (preferably Computer Science) or equivalent Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency. Knowledge and experience of other agile, lean and DevOps approaches (e.g., XP, Kanban, TDD, continuous integration, continuous delivery, automation, etc.) Ability to interact with all levels of the organization in a professional, diplomatic and tactful manner. Excellent coaching and mentoring skills MUST be flexible to travel
