As a potential candidate, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent qualifications. You should also have experience in being part of 3+ project rollouts, possess customer-facing skills, and demonstrate a strong interest in delivering high-quality support and implementation in the field of Human Resources. Being service-oriented with a strong client focus and a sense of accountability is essential. Additionally, you should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, solid verbal and written communication skills in English, discretion, and the ability to respect the confidentiality of information. Your role at Strada will involve providing application support and implementation consultancy through advice, guidance, and appropriate technical activities. You will be responsible for generating error-free implementations and customizing while respecting Strada's best practices. Working closely with the Business Analyst and the client, you will identify requirements, design enhancements, and functionality to meet user needs. You will also be required to own multiple business process areas, facilitate problem-solving discussions, perform configuration work, and prepare functionality specifications. Furthermore, you will be responsible for conducting system and integration tests, providing documentation on handled issues, managing personal daily priorities and supporting project priorities, reporting on status and progress, and maintaining communication channels at an appropriate level. Understanding the general flows in HR and the SAP HR architecture, respecting project timelines, and ensuring the proper delivery of assigned work package implementations are crucial aspects of the role.
