Implementation and Support Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Supporting & Implementation Male Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for software implementation, user support, and system training to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement ERP / Accounting / Management Software at client locations
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers
• Configure system settings based on client requirements
• Conduct user training and demonstrations
• Identify and troubleshoot software issues
• Coordinate with the development team for bug fixes and enhancements
• Assist in data migration and system upgrades
• Prepare basic documentation and implementation reports

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or related field
• Basic knowledge of ERP, accounting software, or business applications
• Good understanding of business processes (Accounts, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, etc.)
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
• Willingness to travel for client implementation and support
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in ERP or accounting software implementation
• Knowledge of GST / VAT / Tally / POS systems (added advantage)
