Implementation Analyst (Intern)

Role Overview: You will work within the professional services team to implement products for clients on the cloud. Working with a Project Manager, you will complete project tasks in the areas of implementation, SQL Reporting, and quality assurance. Shift timing may require support for night shifts. Key Responsibilities: - Implementation: - Gather customers" requirements and configure products to meet client needs. - Understand, document, and execute project plans, managing document repository for customers. - Assist in documenting project and client-related activities. - Participate in client support activities for complex investigative support issues. - Quality Assurance: - Perform quality assurance before delivering to clients. - Develop bespoke test plans to ensure software configuration and data accuracy for specific client use cases. - Participate in defect finding, logging defects, defect verification, and preparing QA test plans. - SQL & Reporting: - Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define reporting needs. - Utilize SQL queries, pivot tables, statistical formulas, and functions to create standard and custom reports. Qualifications Required: - 2-year experience with an IT/Software SaaS company in an implementation, Reporting/QA role. - Working knowledge of SaaS and SQL. - Balance of functional (business) and technical experience. - Ability to analyze problems, document business processes, and provide solutions. - Effective communication skills with technical development and client teams. - Superior written and verbal communication skills. - Client and service orientation with a passion for service excellence. - Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and SQL.,
