Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable backend services using Node.js. Design and implement RESTful. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps to build cohesive solutions. Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding best practices. Troubleshoot and debug production issues. Write unit and integration tests using modern frameworks (e.g., Mocha, Jest). Participate in architectural discussions and decision-making. Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript. Deep understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture. Experience with Express.js or similar frameworks. Proficiency in working with SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). Experience with API design and documentation tools like Swagger/OpenAPI. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Experience with Docker and containerized deployments. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud-based APIs and microservices testing. Understanding of authentication protocols such as OAuth, JWT, and API security best practices. Knowledge of DevOps and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
