Role & responsibilities Develop and optimize injection moulding processes for new and existing products. Conduct DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFA (Design for Assembly) reviews. Support prototype development, trials, and pilot runs. Coordinate with mould designers for mould concept, design review, and validation. Review mould flow analysis (Moldflow) results and recommend improvements.
