BrandLoom is seeking to enhance its creative design studio by welcoming an Associate Creative Director who will be responsible for shaping and leading the ideation process for a diverse client portfolio. As an Associate Creative Director, you will report directly to the Chief Design Officer (CDO) and have the opportunity to assume a leadership position where you can significantly impact the agency and its creative output during our period of growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of consumers and brands, coupled with a comprehensive integrated background and a proven history of delivering innovative, forward-thinking, and successful creative concepts. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute concepts, guidelines, and strategies for a variety of creative projects and oversee them through to fruition. - Proficiency in writing for various mediums, ranging from extensive copy advertisements to concise text ads. - Stay informed about online terminology, social media trends, and technological advancements in web and mobile platforms. - Manage campaigns, engage with clients, and provide direction to the creative team. - Demonstrate knowledge and awareness of current online and offline marketing trends.
