Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Haridwar for a professional in the Solar Power Plant sector. The role involves day-to-day operations of power generation, supervision of thermal power plant processes, ensuring efficient electricity production, and managing steam flow systems. The position requires overseeing and optimizing plant operations to achieve maximum efficiency. Qualifications Experience with Power Plants and Power Generation Familiarity with Thermal Power Plant operations Knowledge of Steam systems and Electricity production Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively on-site in Haridwar Relevant certifications or degrees in Engineering or related fields Excellent organizational and teamwork skills Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
