Technoculture Research is re-imagining how the world measures health by building micro-scale electrochemical laboratories that provide lab-grade accuracy to clinicians, community health workers, and patients at home. The platform merges microfabricated electrodes, novel surface chemistries, and microfluidics to perform protein, nucleic-acid, and metabolite assays swiftly. By utilizing electron sensing instead of costly optical detection, instrument and per-test costs are significantly reduced, making precise diagnostics accessible. The mission is to ensure diagnostics are abundant so that every vital health decision is supported by immediate, affordable results, regardless of the care location. In line with future prospects, Technoculture Research is venturing into bio-energy spheres, encompassing electrochemical green-hydrogen and ammonia synthesis, and sustainable liquid-fuel production. This extension complements the diagnostics work while applying the miniaturised, cost-effective platforms to address the global low-carbon energy and chemicals challenge. Internship Description A motivated and inquisitive Electrocatalysis Intern is sought to join the bio-energy research team. Responsibilities include developing and testing electrocatalytic systems for processes like CO electroreduction, water splitting, and nitrogen reduction. This internship provides a distinctive opportunity to collaborate at the crossroads of electrochemistry, biotechnology, and sustainable fuel generation. Day-to-day Responsibilities Include - Supporting experimental setups for electrocatalytic processes, encompassing CO electroreduction and water electrolysis. - Assisting in data collection, documentation, and basic analysis of electrochemical reactions. - Contributing to the assessment of electrode materials and cell architectures. - Learning and applying electrochemical techniques such as cyclic voltammetry, chronoamperometry, and impedance spectroscopy. - Engaging in discussions concerning the integration of enzymatic and electrochemical systems. - Conducting literature reviews and summarizing recent advances in electrocatalysis. Technoculture Research, located in Bodhgaya, Bihar, India, focuses on developing modern technology applicable to various fields in daily life, including construction, machinery, food, drugs, and agriculture. Their recent project emphasizes creating and implementing innovative methods for efficient water harvesting and artificial water recharge. The objective is to generate a platform capable of accurately predicting hydrological conditions over an area to facilitate development and decision-making processes. Research and development revolve around newly developed technologies, with a focus on inventing products for commercial and industrial use. The organization operates a high-tech biotech lab for research and development on biomedical, bio-mechanical, and bioelectronics products, emphasizing product development, design, novel ideas, and cost-effective solutions for upcoming generations.,
