As a Business Banking Data and Reporting Team member, you should have experience with basic/essential qualifications such as a B.E/MCA or any PG. Additionally, desirable skillsets include a strong knowledge of SQL, familiarity with Impala/Hue, and experience with PySpark. The purpose of this role is to build and maintain systems that collect, store, process, and analyze data, including data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes to ensure accurate, accessible, and secure data. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining data architecture pipelines, designing and implementing data warehouses and data lakes, developing processing and analysis algorithms, and collaborating with data scientists to build and deploy machine learning models. As an Analyst, you are expected to perform prescribed activities in a timely and high standard manner, driving continuous improvement. You must possess in-depth technical knowledge and experience in your assigned area of expertise, lead and supervise a team, and guide professional development. If you have leadership responsibilities, you are expected to demonstrate leadership behaviors based on the four LEAD principles: Listen and be authentic, Energise and inspire, Align across the enterprise, and Develop others.
