As a qualified candidate for this position, you will be responsible for various key tasks related to health, hygiene, and safety procedures within the organization. Your duties will include implementing and overseeing health and hygiene policies and procedures, managing housekeeping activities, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with pest control procedures. Additionally, you will be tasked with conducting daily verifications for electronic balances, monitoring temperature and relative humidity in storage areas, and handling raw materials and hazardous substances safely, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Your role will also involve familiarity with procedures such as RETEST, FEFO, FIFO, as well as a strong emphasis on data integrity and the importance of maintaining accurate records. You will be responsible for the receipt of raw materials and packaging materials, including quarantine procedures, sampling, approval status, and overall inventory control. Furthermore, you will be involved in dispensing raw materials and packaging materials, operating sampling and dispensing booths, and managing the laminar airflow system. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be expected to coordinate with team members effectively, demonstrate a strong team spirit, and possess the ability to work collaboratively. Knowledge of change control processes, deviation management, corrective and preventive action (CAPA) procedures, as well as an understanding of aspects and impacts within the organization will be crucial for success in this role. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree in any field and have a minimum of 1 to 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in skills such as FIFO inventory management, safe handling of raw materials, change control procedures, inventory management, health and hygiene policies, data integrity practices, aspects and impacts assessment, team collaboration, multi-store operations, and housekeeping and pest control procedures will be highly valued.
