Role Description This is an on-site role for a Trainer in Web Development, located in Sadar. The Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering web development training programs, developing curricula, and conducting workshops for community leaders, staff, and cross-sector stakeholders. The Trainer will also facilitate train-the-trainer models and knowledge transfer toolkits, ensuring effective implementation and understanding of web development concepts. Qualifications Training & Development, Curriculum Development, and Training skills Excellent Communication skills Experience in Training Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience with web development technologies and frameworks Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or related field Ability to work on-site in Greater Noida and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders Previous experience in capacity building and training is a plus
