You will be responsible for cooperating with regional sales and local distributors to enhance end-user satisfaction. Your duties will include providing regional technical support both online and on-site to ensure the proper functioning of the Maglumi system and enhance distributor and end-user satisfaction. You will also be tasked with promoting reagent parameters to improve reagent consumption per analyzer. Additionally, you will be required to gather Maglumi installation information, establish relationships, and follow up with reference customers. Conducting service training for local engineers, building relationships with engineers from different distributors, and continuously guiding and enhancing their technical skills will be part of your role. You will also need to apply reagents and spare parts for regional distributors, return corresponding spare parts promptly, and address any complaints. Other tasks may be assigned as needed by Snibe. To qualify for this position, you should have more than 5 years of experience in the IVD area, possess strong technical skills, and demonstrate the ability to work independently and excel under pressure. Experience in immunoassay is highly preferred, and proficiency in English as a working language is essential. This position is based in Delhi NCR, Shimla, or Jaipur.,
