The Nurse Manager role requires a registered nurse to oversee the clinical care of a designated patient care service area. Your responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating processes, technology, personnel, and facility needs to ensure safe patient outcomes in a patient-centered environment. You must demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development principles and guide care teams in addressing patient/family needs based on age and specific requirements.
