Reporting to the Project Coordinator/District Coordinator, the role involves participation in block-level immunization meetings, conducting monthly reviews with medical officers, and undertaking extensive field visits to identify high-risk areas, underserved communities, and zero-dose children. The coordinator will work closely with ASHAs, community health officers, and local leaders to address vaccine hesitancy, integrate zero-dose communities into service delivery plans, and facilitate house-to-house engagements for immunization awareness. Additionally, the role includes planning demand-generation activities, supporting frontline workers in tracking immunization coverage, assisting in UWIN registration, preparing periodic reports, and documenting best practices. The candidate should have a bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, with 1-2 years of experience (preferably in public health) and proficiency in Hindi and English.
