Responsibilities include researching and analyzing employee trends to identify opportunities for improving employee engagement and retention. You will be expected to stay informed about legal standards, mitigating risks associated with employee management. Supporting management in conflict resolution and establishing standards for company ethics, values, and culture will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for onboarding new employees and overseeing immigration documents, taxes, and benefits packages. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree and have 2-3 years of experience in human resources or a related field. Strong organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills are necessary. A proven track record in onboarding new employees and managing HR tasks is essential. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is also required.,
