Our Client, a reputed Immigration & Business Migration Services company requires Post : Visa Documentation Executive Location : Sakinaka Experience : 1 Year (Visa / Immigration documentation preferred) Qualification : Bachelors (Preferred) Salary : 4 LPA Job Profile Liaise with clients to collect required documents for various UK visa categories (Skilled Worker, Sponsor Licence, Family, Visit, etc.). Review and verify client-provided documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with UKVI requirements. Assist in completing visa application forms (online & paper-based) and upload documents to UKVI portals. Stay updated on UK immigration policies and document requirements. Coordinate with consultants and clients to ensure timely submission of applications. Track application progress, maintain detailed case records, and update logs. Communicate professionally with clients to clarify missing information or pending documents. Prepare covering letters and document checklists under guidance of senior consultants. Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive client data. Skills Required Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal). Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
